So I applied the latest updates to both XP and Windows 7 machines, and still nothing.
Here's what's interesting though:
When a print job is released, there's no dialog box to name the file; however, when I go to the XP box and launch the IBM program, the print dialog box comes up without me having to release the print job. I name the file, and then the released job from the Windows 7 machine prints just fine. But I have to name the file from the XP machine.
What would that indicate?
I also checked the Environment variables for both machines and they are both correct.
